| A little bit about us: We are a small in home breeder of Long Hair English Cream Miniature Dachshunds located in the beautiful North Georgia Mountains. I have a huge love for dachshunds and really fell for the temperament of the creams. We only have one or two litters a year with the intention of bettering the breed. We are now stepping up a notch and getting into the Show Ring with the help of the incredible breeder and handler Maria Wild of Sylmar Dachshunds! We are so grateful to her for her help and support. Our goal is to breed dachshunds with the best conformation and temperament possible. The better the conformation the less likely you are to have health problems in the future. Our dogs all live in the house with us and are our pets! All of our pups are raised in home with lots of love and attention and are well socialized when they go to their forever homes. Please check your local Animal Shelter first before buying from a breeder. Never buy from a puppy mill! |

| Longhaired Dachshunds Longhaired dachshunds have shiny, sleek hair that is longer under the neck and on the chest, the underside of the body, on the ears, and behind the legs, with the longest hair usually on the tail where it forms a "flag". Longhaired puppies are born with short hair and starts getting longer about 2-3 weeks. It takes 2-3 years to get a full coat.The longhair dachshund is generally more laid back than the other two varieties. |
